HIKROBOT MV-SC5020XM-12L-WBN — Smart Cameras & Vision Sensors

The MV-SC5020XM-12L-WBN, part of the SC5000X series, pairs a 1600×1216 monochrome sensor with a 12 mm liquid lens. Because the liquid lens has no moving mechanical parts, it can shift focus quickly, which is practical on lines where parts of different sizes and distances arrive mixed together. The camera runs on HIKROBOT’s VisionMaster software platform.

VisionMaster gives access to more than 140 ready-made algorithms, enabling deep-learning-based classification, defect detection and OCR. The camera supports multiple communication protocols and rich digital I/O, and carries an IP67 rating.
