HIKROBOT MV-SC5020XM-08L-WBN — Smart Cameras & Vision Sensors

The MV-SC5020XM-08L-WBN is a 1600×1216 monochrome vision sensor in HIKROBOT’s SC5000X line, fitted with an 8 mm liquid lens. Unlike a motorised lens, a liquid lens refocuses electronically rather than mechanically, which is useful whenever the camera must switch focus quickly between objects at different heights. The model runs on HIKROBOT’s VisionMaster platform, which adds deep-learning-based object recognition and OCR.

It applies AI deep-learning algorithms for object recognition and defect detection, and can call on more than 140 algorithms through VisionMaster. Rich digital I/O and support for multiple communication protocols allow it to fit into varied line-control setups, while onboard status indicators simplify troubleshooting and maintenance in the field.
