The HIKROBOT MV-SC2013XC-16M-WBN is a 1.3-megapixel model within the SC2000X series of vision sensors (smart cameras). It produces color images at a resolution of 1280 × 1024 and reaches frame rates of up to 55 fps. Its 16 mm lens gives it a field of view suited to the application. Thanks to its compact, single-body design, it can operate independently on the production line without requiring a separate processor or external controller. Within the series, this model is built around a baseline resolution-to-speed balance for common verification and positioning tasks.

For stations where the target must be observed from a distance, the 16 mm lens narrows the field of view, offering a solution where the camera body cannot be mounted close to the line. The model runs independently through embedded hardware and built-in algorithms, and its color imaging adds useful information for inspection tasks that require color discrimination. Rich I/O and multiple indicators simplify on-site integration; the integrated illumination unit keeps lighting stable even from a distance, and support for multiple communication protocols allows it to adapt to different line architectures.

Where it is used

Fits stations where the target must be focused on from a distance and the camera body cannot be mounted close to the line. Color imaging enables color-based verification even from far away. Its narrow field of view is an advantage on assembly or inspection lines that need to focus on a specific point from a distance rather than covering a wide area.
