The MV-CL044-91NM is a mono CL Series camera with 4096×4 resolution and a 2.5 GigE interface. It supports a max line rate of 75.3 kHz with a peak of 160 kHz, and can switch between 1-Line, 2-TDI and 4-TDI imaging modes. This raises the signal-to-noise ratio on low-contrast or low-light surfaces, enabling stable imaging where illumination is limited.

Where it is used
Imaging modes up to 4-TDI combined with a high peak line rate make this camera suitable for high-speed mono line scan inspection under demanding lighting conditions, such as metal, steel and other low-light surface inspection. The same camera can adapt to different speed/lighting scenarios simply by switching TDI stage.
Suitability depends on working distance, field of view, target characteristics and positioning. Selection is assessed on a per-project basis.
