The MV-CB020-60UM-B is a 2 MP, USB3.0, monochrome, bare-board camera in the CB Series. Unlike the 12 MP models, it uses a global-shutter Stacked BSI sensor and reaches a very high 179.9 fps at 1624 × 1240 — the fastest model in this line-up. It has no lens mount (Lens mount: None); at just 10 g, this board has no housing at all and must be integrated, optics included, entirely into the customer’s own design.
Power and data run over a single USB 3.0 connection (typ. 1.5 W @ 5 VDC), also backward-compatible with USB 2.0. Two bi-directional non-isolated I/O lines (Line 2, Line 5) support high-speed triggering scenarios. The global shutter captures fast-moving objects without distortion even at 179.9 fps; USB3 Vision and GenICam compliance guarantee direct operation with the MVS client.

Where it is used
The combination of 179.9 fps and global shutter makes this model ideal for applications where fast-moving objects must be captured without distortion: presence/position checks on high-speed production lines, high-speed counting, and triggered inspection stations. The bare-board form factor is preferred for OEM projects that embed the camera into a compact high-speed trigger module.
Suitability depends on working distance, field of view, target characteristics and positioning. Selection is assessed on a per-project basis.
