HIKROBOT MV-CB120-10GM-C — Area Scan Cameras
12 MP, Sony IMX226, GigE, Mono, C-mount/M12-mount, 9.7 fps

The highest-resolution member of the CB series, this model uses the Sony® IMX226 rolling-shutter sensor with 1.85 μm pixels at 4024×3036 — nearly double the pixel count of the other models here — while its 9.7 fps maximum frame rate is the lowest in the line-up, a typical resolution/speed trade-off. Mono and GigE, it is the only CB camera here that supports both C-mount and M12-mount options. With no housing, the board must be integrated into the customer’s own enclosure via the PCB mounting holes.
The Gigabit Ethernet interface reaches up to 100 meters without a relay and is Fast Ethernet compatible; a 6-pin connector carries power and I/O (1 input, 1 output, 1 bi-directional line). It is powered from 9–24 VDC or PoE (typ. 1.9 W @ 12 VDC). GigE Vision V2.0 and GenICam support work with the MVS client and compatible software; binning support can trade resolution for frame rate or low-light performance when needed. Unlike the other CB models here, it carries only RoHS certification (no CE/KC listed).

Where it is used
The high resolution suits dimensional measurement, PCB/electronic-component inspection and high-resolution surface review where fine detail must be clearly resolved. Given the lower frame rate, it is better suited to stations examining static or slower-moving objects in detail rather than very high-speed lines. Support for both C-mount and M12-mount gives integrators flexibility across different lens ecosystems.
Suitability depends on working distance, field of view, target characteristics and positioning. Selection is assessed on a per-project basis.
