The MV-CB050-11UC-C is a board-level camera producing 5 MP color images at 2448×2048 from a Sony IMX264 global-shutter sensor, with a USB 3.0 FPC interface. It belongs to the bare-board branch of the CB series: the board ships without a housing and is integrated into the customer’s enclosure via its C-mount lens interface and FPC cable. As the highest-resolution color model in this set it runs at 60 fps, delivering detailed color imaging at 40.2 dB SNR / 72 dB dynamic range; its distinguishing feature is sensor-and-mainboard separation support — letting the sensor board sit physically apart from the main circuit, which saves space in complex mounting layouts.
The USB 3.0 (USB 2.0 compatible) FPC connection carries data and power (typ. 2.8 W @ 5 VDC — the highest consumption in this set, driven by the higher-resolution color sensor circuitry). Two bi-directional, non-isolated I/O lines on Line 2/Line 5 support triggering. Gain ranges 0–24 dB, and exposure can be set from 1–14 μs in UltraShort mode or 15 μs–10 sec in standard mode; a color interpolation algorithm and USB3 Vision/GenICam compliance support integration with the MVS client.
