The MV-CB020-61UM-S-F carries the same Stacked BSI sensor and 1624×1240 mono resolution as its C-mount sibling, but is offered with an M12 lens mount, measuring 29×29×31.3 mm. This USB 3.0 FPC-connected board in the CB series’s bare-board branch ships without a housing and is fixed via its mounting holes. The M12 mount is preferred for compact designs using smaller-diameter lenses; the 42.4 dB SNR and 73.9 dB dynamic range carry over unchanged.
The USB 3.0 FPC connection (USB 2.0 compatible) carries data and power (typ. 1.5 W @ 5 VDC); the flexible cable adds placement freedom in tight mounting spaces. Integrators can choose between high full-well capacity (0–12.8 dB) and high sensitivity (0–24 dB) gain modes. Two bi-directional, non-isolated I/O lines (Line 2/Line 5) handle triggering; USB3 Vision/GenICam compliance ensures standard software integration.
