HIKROBOT MV-CB020-61UM-C-F — Area Scan Cameras

The MV-CB020-61UM-C-F shares the same Stacked BSI sensor and the same 1624×1240 mono resolution as its B-F sibling, but comes fitted with a C-mount lens interface and measures 29×29×31.3 mm. It’s a bare-board card in the CB series with a USB 3.0 FPC connection: the C-mount lets standard industrial lenses attach directly, while the FPC cable still allows flexible board placement during mounting. At 99 fps its 42.4 dB SNR and 73.9 dB dynamic range keep the image stable even under difficult lighting.
The USB 3.0 FPC connection (USB 2.0 compatible) carries data and power (typ. 1.5 W @ 5 VDC). Two selectable gain modes — high full-well capacity (0–12.8 dB) and high sensitivity (0–24 dB) — let integrators match the mode to the lighting condition. Two bi-directional, non-isolated I/O lines on Line 2/Line 5 support triggering; USB3 Vision/GenICam compliance ensures smooth integration with the MVS client.

C-mount lens support together with the two gain modes suits this model to general-purpose machine vision stations operating under variable lighting — robot guidance, assembly verification, or quality-control lines. The 2 MP resolution offers finer detail than the 1.6 MP models for measurement and detection tasks that need it.
