Telemecanique XCKS is the XC Standard limit switch series with plastic body and head, designed to CENELEC EN 50041. The XCKS101 has a plunger head with a metal end plunger (form B), actuated on end, vertically from one direction. The XCKS131 has a rotary head with a thermoplastic roller lever (form A), actuated by a 30° cam laterally from one or two programmable directions. Both have 1 NC + 1 NO snap action contacts with positive opening on the NC contact and screw-clamp terminals, with a single Pg 13.5 entry for cable outer diameters of 9 to 12 mm.
Contact ratings per IEC 60947-5-1 appendix A are A300 (AC-15, 240 V, 3 A) and Q300 (DC-13, 250 V, 0.27 A), with a conventional thermal current of 10 A. DC-13 electrical durability is 5 million cycles; mechanical durability is 25 million cycles for the XCKS101 and 20 million cycles for the XCKS131. Minimum actuation speed is 0.01 m/min. Protection is IP66, IP67 and IK05, with electric shock protection class II. Shock resistance is 40 gn. Operating temperature is -25 to 70 °C. The products carry UL, CSA and CCC certifications.
