Telemecanique XCKM is the XC Standard limit switch series with Zamak body, 64 × 64 × 30 mm dimensions and three tapped cable entries. The XCKM115H29 has a rotary head with a spring return thermoplastic roller lever and M20 x 1.5 entries (cable outer diameter 7 to 13 mm). The XCKM102 has a plunger head with a metal roller plunger and Pg 11 entries. Both models are actuated laterally from two directions by a 30° cam, have 1 NC + 1 NO snap action contacts with positive opening on the NC contact, and use screw-clamp terminals.
Contact ratings per IEC 60947-5-1 appendix A are A300 (AC-15, 240 V, 3 A) and Q300 (DC-13, 250 V, 0.27 A), with a conventional thermal current of 10 A. DC-13 electrical durability is 5 million cycles; mechanical durability is 15 million cycles for the XCKM115H29 and 20 million cycles for the XCKM102. Minimum actuation speed is 0.01 m/min. Protection is IP66 and IK05, with electric shock protection class I. Operating temperature is -25 to 70 °C. The products carry UL, CSA and CCC certifications.
