XGSZ33ETH and XGSZ33PDP are the boxes that connect the XGCS49 and XGCS89 smart antennas of the Telemecanique OsiSense XG range to industrial networks; TCSAMT31FP is the Modbus and Uni-Telway tap-off box for the same antennas. Each box has 3 female 5-pin A-coded M12 sockets for the antennas and a male 4-pin A-coded M12 power supply socket. XGSZ33ETH communicates over Modbus TCP/IP at 10/100 Mbit/s and offers Modbus messaging with 1 to 123 words per request. XGSZ33PDP transfers 1 to 49 words by cyclic variable exchange on a PROFIBUS-DP V1 network at 9.6–12,000 kbit/s.
According to the catalogue, up to 8 antennas can be connected by daisy-chaining with XGSZ33ETH and up to 15 with XGSZ33PDP; the total antenna-side cable length must be below 160 m.
