MV-ID3016PM-06M-WBN brings a higher 1408×1200 resolution sensor to the ID3000 series in a short 6 mm focal-length format. Its built-in deep learning algorithm supports up to 84 codes/sec at 60 fps, and its standout feature within this trio is a modularized light source design — the illumination module can be swapped independently of the rest of the unit.

A waterproof debug button on the housing enables manual triggering directly at the device, a ring light on top makes operating status visible from a distance, and result indicators on both sides show OK/NG reading outcomes to operators without needing a display. Multiple I/O interfaces carry these signals to line automation.

Where it is used

The short 6 mm focal length fits compact assembly cells or tight packaging stations where the reader is mounted close to the part. The modular light source lets the illumination module be replaced independently as lighting conditions change or the module wears out, without swapping the whole unit. The waterproof button also suits placement near food or cosmetics packaging lines where washdown cleaning is routine.
