The MV-ID3013PM-06M-WBN is the short-focus member of HIKROBOT’s ultra-compact ID3000 series smart code readers, combining a 1280×1024 resolution with a 6 mm focal length for close-range, fixed-station reading. Its built-in deep learning algorithm delivers robust code recognition at up to 84 codes/sec and 60 fps, and the 14-LED illumination with polarized/non-polarized mode support makes this short-focus variant particularly suited to reading codes on reflective or glossy surfaces at close distance.

The 14-LED light source switches between polarized and non-polarized modes to maintain read quality on metal, glass packaging, or glossy labels prone to glare. Two LED aiming lights simplify alignment during installation, onboard indicators show device status and reading results at a glance, and multiple I/O interfaces allow direct integration with PLCs and line controllers.

Where it is used

The short 6 mm focal length suits tightly spaced conveyor stations or fixed reading points mounted close to the part on an assembly line. Polarized-mode support makes it a candidate for stations reading barcodes or DPM codes on glossy plastic packaging, metal labels, or laminated cards. Its compact housing also eases integration in space-constrained cells or near robotic end-effectors.
