CX-482 is the retroreflective model for transparent object sensing in Panasonic’s CX-400 Ver.2 series; with the supplied RF-230 reflector it detects transparent, translucent or opaque objects. Sensing range: 0.1 to 2 m. Sensing object: Ø50 mm or more transparent, translucent or opaque object. Emitting element: infrared LED.
Output: NPN open-collector transistor; switchable either Light-ON or Dark-ON. Response time: 1 ms or less. Supply: 12 to 24 V DC ±10 %, ripple P-P 10 % or less. Degree of protection IP67, operating temperature −25 to +55 °C. Connection: 0.2 mm² 3-core cabtyre cable, 2 m.
