PPC-318SW RPL is the 18.5″ 16:9 (1366 × 768) member of the PPC-300 series, using an industrial-grade LCD with 450 cd/m² brightness, 1000:1 contrast and a 50,000-hour backlight. The 18.5″ HD widescreen with 450 cd/m² brightness is a balanced size for on-machine visualisation and line-monitoring boards. The true-flat front is IP66-rated; resistive or multi-touch P-CAP options are ordered together with the 13th Gen Intel Core i3-1315UE / i5-1335UE / i7-1365UE processor. The fanless aluminium housing is panel-mounted or fitted on an arm/stand via VESA 75.
The platform is shared across the series: single-slot DDR5-4800 (up to 32 GB), a 2.5″ SATA bay plus an M.2 M key 2280 NVMe/SATA SSD (RAID 0/1), 2 × 2.5GbE Intel I226 (TSN), 2 × RS-232/422/485, 3 × USB 3.2 + 1 × USB 2.0, a second display over DisplayPort, line out and a 2 W speaker, M.2 B key (4G/5G, SIM) and E key (Wi-Fi) slots, and on-board TPM 2.0. The iDoor slot takes fieldbus/serial/digital-I/O modules and the 98R1P300S00 box adds a PCI or PCIe ×1 card (iDoor, the additional-port module and the 2.5″ SATA bay share the same space). 24 VDC ± 30 % input; Windows 10 LTSC, Windows 11 and Linux are supported.
