The MV-DP4060-01P is the 60 mm reference-distance model in the DP4000 series, working across a 28-32-36 mm X-axis range and a 21 mm Z depth — a somewhat larger measurement volume than the MV-DP4020-01P. Its high-speed, large-pixel image chip keeps data dense and uninterrupted even over this expanded area.

FPGA-based hardware keeps the 49 kHz scan rate, while the combination of a customized large-iris lens and ultra-uniform laser delivers consistent illumination across different surface types. The ultra-high subpixel algorithm holds repeatability at 0.36 µm across this larger volume, and the integrated design keeps the housing compact for easy setup.
