HIKROBOT MV-DP3120-01P V2.0 — 3D Cameras & Profile Sensors

The MV-DP3120-01P V2.0 is the DP3000 family’s model built for larger parts, with a 126 mm reference distance scanning 65–105 mm on the X-axis and 86 mm of Z-axis depth to capture surfaces with substantial height variation in one pass. The longer working distance lets the sensor sit safely clear of large or moving parts on the line. Repeatability is 1.68 µm.

Multi-frame integration is what makes a complete contour possible across that wide 86 mm Z-range, merging regions of differing height and reflectivity so no data gaps appear. Multiple exposure modes add robustness, and multiple filter modes keep the output stable even over a wide scan. The 46.7 kHz frame rate keeps scanning fast even on large parts.
