Its 30–40 mm X-axis width combined with the 46.7 kHz frame rate keeps data flowing without interruption on fast lines. Repeatability sits at 0.56 µm.

Multiple filter modes suppress scan noise to keep profile data stable, while ROI selection and auto-setup shorten integration time. Multiple exposure and multi-frame integration work in the background to merge regions of differing reflectivity into one complete contour, so consistent measurements repeat without operator intervention.
