Request a quote and stock checkThe MV-DL2125-04P-R is a line-laser sensor developed for high-speed dimensioning on conveyor lines. It works at a 700 mm clearance distance and a 1000 mm measurement range, scanning a field of 1000 mm at the near range and 2600 mm at the far range. A wide dynamic range algorithm ensures accurate measurement of materials with high absorption or high reflectivity.
With a detection speed of up to 3 m/s and an accuracy of ±5 mm, the sensor delivers stable performance under synchronized exposure using a high-power, wide-dynamic-range laser module. A narrow band-pass filter suppresses interference, and its output includes length/width/height, integral volume, point cloud data, and the parcel’s top coordinates.

Where it is used
The top-coordinate output makes this sensor well suited to applications where a parcel’s top surface or stack height must be determined, such as profiling the top surface of successive parcels on a conveyor or verifying stacking height. Its high speed and wide dynamic range provide reliable measurement on continuous lines, including parcels with dark or reflective surfaces.
Suitability depends on working distance, field of view, target characteristics and positioning. Selection is assessed on a per-project basis.
