Request a quote and stock checkThe MV-DB500S-V is a 3D stereo/structured-light camera built for single-item separation and robotic picking in logistics lines. Working from a 500 mm clearance distance across a 1500 mm measurement range, it covers 580×470 mm at the near field and 2400×1800 mm at the far field, using a high-performance sensor and an efficient laser module to output millimeter-scale depth images.
A built-in deep learning algorithm handles volume measurement and outputs volume data directly, removing an extra processing step for integrators. The multi-platform SDK supports secondary development, narrow band filters strengthen resistance to ambient light interference, and default internal parameter calibration simplifies setup.

Where it is used
It suits single-parcel or single-item separation stations and robotic picking cells in distribution centers. The IP65 rating allows operation in dusty or humid warehouse environments. Direct volume-data output is useful wherever package volume needs to be calculated on the fly, such as at shipment-preparation points.
Suitability depends on working distance, field of view, target characteristics and positioning. Selection is assessed on a per-project basis.
