Request a quote and stock checkThe MV-DL2125-04H-R is a line-laser sensor designed for high-speed dimensioning on conveyor lines. Operating at a 700 mm clearance distance and a 1000 mm measurement range, it scans a field of 1000 mm at the near range and 2600 mm at the far range. A wide dynamic range algorithm lets it accurately measure materials with high absorbance or high reflectivity.
The sensor detects at speeds up to 3 m/s with an accuracy of ±5 mm, using a high-power, wide-dynamic-range laser module with synchronized exposure and laser control for stable results. A narrow band-pass filter suppresses ambient interference, and the sensor outputs length/width/height, integral volume, point cloud data, and location coordinates.

Where it is used
Its high speed and wide dynamic range suit continuous-flow conveyor dimensioning, reliably measuring parcels with dark or reflective surfaces that are otherwise hard to capture. The location-coordinate output is useful wherever a measured parcel’s position on the line needs to be passed to robotic guidance or sortation systems.
Suitability depends on working distance, field of view, target characteristics and positioning. Selection is assessed on a per-project basis.
