The MV-ID5120RM-08M-RBN pairs the same 12 MP high-performance rolling shutter sensor (4096×3024) with a standard M lens mount at an 8 mm focal length, optimized for compact reading stations. Its code score and print-quality evaluation feature flags print defects early in the production process.

The built-in deep learning algorithm delivers strong reading performance even on low-contrast or partially damaged codes, while a reading speed of 30 codes/sec and 10.0 fps frame rate keep pace with the line despite the high-resolution images. An extensive protocol set (TCP, Serial, FTP, Profinet, Melsec/SLMP, EtherNet/IP, ModBus, ModBus RTU, UDP, FINS) allows direct integration with a wide range of PLC and SCADA systems.
