The MV-ID2023XM-16M-RBN is an ultra-compact smart code reader from the ID2000 series, offering 1920 × 1280 resolution and a 16 mm focal length. With a maximum reading speed of 80 codes/sec and a 60 fps frame rate, it keeps pace with fast lines while its high-robustness algorithm accurately identifies stained, skewed, low-contrast codes and DPM codes on laser-marked metal surfaces.

It combines a digital WDR image-processing algorithm with 4-channel light source control and multiple optical accessories to enhance code clarity, and supports multi-channel isolated I/O along with multiple industrial protocols for integration into diverse automation systems. Its modular design, rotatable and separated cable options, and multi-surface mounting interfaces allow flexible on-site installation.
