High-power Fiber Cold Light

In a high-power fibre cold light source, the light is generated in a unit separate from the head and carried to the inspection point by fibre optic cable. Because the heat-producing source stays away from the part, there is no temperature rise in the illuminated area. This matters for heat-sensitive products and in tight spaces where a light source physically will not fit.
