Fiber Optic Amplifier Unit (Plastic Fiber, Teach Mode) XUYAFP966S
The XUYAFP966S is a plastic-fiber photoelectric amplifier from the Telemecanique Sensors OsiSense XU "XUY" application-assembly range, housed in a compact polycarbonate enclosure with a bar-graph intensity display and a 2 m pre-wired cable. It uses pulsed red-LED emission with +/- teach-mode sensitivity adjustment and a programmable NO/NC PNP or NPN output, and is intended for monitoring part position/presence, packaging mark detection, and small-conveyor object detection. It requires a compatible Telemecanique plastic fiber optic cable head (e.g. XUFN12301), sold separately, to perform the actual sensing.
