Digital Fiber Sensor FX-500 Ver.2
Panasonic — FX-500 Series
A digital fiber-optic amplifier that pairs with interchangeable fiber-optic cables to detect objects via light intensity, used where a sensor body cannot physically fit. It supports several selectable response-time modes and built-in logic functions, letting one amplifier serve many fiber types and applications.
Key Features
- Redesigned operation keys and improved display visibility in dim light
- Incident-light variation reduced to 1/4 of the prior model for stability
- Response time as fast as 25 microseconds (H-SP mode)
- HYPR mode for stable detection through small-diameter fibers
- Built-in AND/OR/XOR logic, removing the need for an external controller
- Automatic threshold tracking compensates for dust build-up
- ECO mode for reduced power consumption
