CMOS Type Micro Laser Distance Sensor HG-C
Panasonic — HG-C Series
A compact laser distance sensor using CMOS-based optical triangulation for non-contact distance measurement. Its mirror-based optics give displacement-sensor-level accuracy in a small housing, and it outputs both switching and analog signals. Used for precision positioning, thickness checks and edge detection.
Key Features
- Repeatability down to 10 microns (30 mm-range model)
- Dual analog outputs: 0-5 V and 4-20 mA
- Compact aluminium die-cast housing for thermal and mechanical stability
- Multiple sensing modes: teaching, window comparator, differential
- IP67-rated for harsh industrial use
- Class 2 red semiconductor laser, 655 nm
