WISE-2461 is an RS-485 smart vibration sensor that combines an ARM Cortex-M33 processor, a 3-axis accelerometer with 6 kHz bandwidth and a temperature sensor in a 30 × 30 × 13 mm stainless-steel housing. It computes velocity RMS, acceleration RMS/peak, displacement, crest factor and other metrics on all three axes on board; up to 6 customisable frequency bands per axis focus fault diagnosis on the frequencies of interest. ISO 10816 alarm thresholds are configured on the sensor.
A 16,384-point time-waveform record and 6400-line FFT resolution also allow raw-signal capture. The internally potted IP68 housing and −40 to +85 °C range suit outdoor applications; it connects via an M12 D-coded connector with a 1 m cable and mounts by stud, adhesive mounting pad or magnetic base. 10 – 30 V DC supply; CE and FCC certified.
