MIB-742-AT is the enclosure-less form of the MIC-742-AT system: a 180 × 180 mm single-board computer carrying the NVIDIA Jetson Thor module, offered to machine builders, robot and vehicle integrators who do their own mechanical design. Depending on the part number it ships with a Jetson T5000 (14-core, 2560 Blackwell CUDA + 96 Tensor Cores, 128 GB LPDDR5X) or T4000 (12-core, 1536 CUDA + 64 Tensor Cores, 64 GB) module; the A1 SKUs have JetPack 7.0 and a 1 TB NVMe installed. The board weighs 1 kg, is powered from 19 – 36 VDC through a 2-pin terminal block and operates from −10 to 60 °C; the 130 W CPU cooler is an optional accessory.
The interface set is the same as MIC-742-AT: the QSFP28 cage (4 × 25GbE), a 5GbE RJ45, four USB 3.2 Gen 2, 4K HDMI, four CAN FD on T5000, I2C, audio in/out, and OTG and console Micro USB ports. From four MIPI 4-lane inputs, the optional MIC-FG-8G2C1 frame grabber connects a total of 8 GMSL2 cameras; an external 84 W adapter and an internal power cable are listed for the GMSL board. There are M.2 2230 E key (Wi-Fi 6), M.2 3052 B key (5G + GNSS, nano SIM), two SATA connectors, an on-board TPM and an M.2 2280 NVMe (PCIe x4) slot, plus three smart-fan headers. Board-level certifications are CE and FCC; end-product certification depends on the integrator’s enclosure design.
