AIR-030 is the Jetson AGX Orin model of the AIR line: the 200 × 220 × 74 mm, 3.63 kg chassis holds an AGX Orin 32 GB (8-core, 1792 CUDA + 56 Tensor Cores, 200 TOPS) or 64 GB (12-core, 2048 CUDA + 64 Tensor Cores, 275 TOPS) module and 64 GB eMMC. The 9 – 36 VDC wide input, the −10 to 60 °C (55 °C on 64 GB) operating range and the IEC 61000-6-4 heavy-industry EMC certificate are for factory-floor and on-machine use. Per the datasheet it ships with the Ubuntu 22.04 + JetPack 6.2 image (the web table carries the older Ubuntu 20.04 / JetPack 5 information); it is AWS Greengrass certified and supports Advantech Edge AI SDK and SUSI.
Two of the three Intel I225 2.5GbE ports power cameras with optional PoE; the third shares its PCIe lane with the M.2 2230 E key (one or the other is used). There are HDMI 2.0 4K60, four USB 3.2 Type A and one USB-C, two internal USB 2.0 for a security dongle, four RS-232/422/485, two CAN, 16-bit digital I/O and line-out; two internal 2-lane MIPI-CSI connectors serve camera modules. Storage is on the M.2 2280/3052 B key (PCIe x2 + USB 3.0) and the SD 3.0 slot; the optional dual-layer chassis adds a PCIe x16 slot (x8 signal) and raises the height to 123 mm. TPM 2.0 is built in; the adapter (150 W 19 V or 230 W 24 V) is selected separately. Certifications CE, FCC Class B, CCC, BSMI, UL, CB; there is no RED certificate.
