Request a quote and stock checkThe RoboScan MV-RS-Base-M sits at the mid-range end of the Base family with an 800 mm clearance distance, while its 400 mm measurement range keeps depth precision tight even when the camera sits further from the target. Built on structured-light principles, it produces stable 3D data for stations where the robot arm approaches parts from a bit further away. Compared with the S model, the added standoff distance gives integrators more flexibility in mid-scale cell layouts.
Multi-core parallel processing raises image acquisition rate without giving up precision, which matters on lines where cycle time is tight. Depth-to-RGB alignment simplifies secondary development during integration, letting engineers overlay color data onto the point cloud. Combined, these two capabilities make the camera both fast on the line and friendly to customize.

Where it is used
It fits picking stations handling medium-sized parts where roughly 800 mm of working distance is needed. Compared to the compact S variant, it suits cells that need a bit more standoff while still staying within a moderate footprint. It performs consistently across supply bins holding mixed part sizes.
