The MVL-KF1228M-12MP brings a near-wide field of view to the 1.1″ 12 MP FA Lens (KF) family at 12 mm. Its Ø17.6 mm image circle, paired with an F2.8–F16 adjustable iris, gives flexibility to match both lighting conditions and depth-of-field needs. It carries forward the low-distortion characteristic shared across the family.

Where it is used
This focal length fits general assembly-line applications where the camera sits at a near-to-mid distance and a fairly wide area needs to be framed at once. It is a fit for label and print inspection on boxes and packaging, and for batch inspection of groups of medium-sized parts.
