HIKROBOT MV-DP4940-03P — 3D Cameras & Profile Sensors

The MV-DP4940-03P is the longest-range member of the DP4000 series, with a 940 mm reference distance, a 280-750 mm X-axis range, and a 900 mm Z-axis range built for scanning large-volume parts. Its 9.45 µm Z-axis repeatability reflects the accuracy achievable at this much larger measurement scale.

The customized large-iris lens and ultra-uniform laser optics keep illumination even across a field of view exceeding 500 mm, so edge regions of a large part are captured as reliably as the center. The sensor’s integrated design keeps installation and alignment manageable despite its large measurement envelope.
