HIKROBOT MV-DP4430-01P — 3D Cameras & Profile Sensors

The MV-DP4430-01P is the mid-range member of the DP4000 series, built on a 430 mm reference distance. Its 153-329 mm X-axis range and 340 mm Z-axis range let it scan considerably larger parts than the DP4180 series. Z-axis repeatability of 2.27 µm keeps precision high even over this larger measurement volume.

A customized large-iris lens and ultra-uniform laser optical design keep light intensity and sharpness consistent across a field of view exceeding 240 mm, so edges of a wide part are captured as reliably as its center. This matters as measurement range grows and optical falloff would otherwise become an issue.
