The MV-DP4180-03P shares the same 175 mm reference distance within the DP4000 family, covering 75-125 mm on the X axis and 100 mm on the Z axis for close-range scanning of small components. With 1.5 µm Z-axis repeatability, it holds the same precision class while serving as a standard second option for multi-station lines.

High-speed, high-resolution, large-pixel image chips paired with FPGA hardware running at a 49 kHz scan rate keep profile output flowing at production-line speed. Even within this compact measurement range, the sensor maintains its full 4080-point profile density without dropping data.
