HIKROBOT MV-DP3300-03P V2.0 — 3D Cameras & Profile Sensors

The MV-DP3300-03P V2.0 is a triangulation-based 3D laser profile sensor from HIKROBOT’s DP3000 series, built around a 300 mm reference distance. Its X-axis scan width of 130-183-236 mm (near-reference-far FoV) and 210 mm Z-axis measurement depth make it well suited to dimensional and surface inspection of compact parts. Among the four DP3000 models covered here, it has the shortest reference distance, which lets it be mounted closer to the target while still delivering a high-resolution profile.

The sensor carries a built-in high-accuracy algorithm rated to submicron level and uses a high frame-rate chip scanning at 46.7 kHz. Multiple exposure modes combined with multi-frame integration technology keep contours complete even on bright or partially reflective surfaces, while multiple filter modes and ROI selection simplify setup and keep the data stream stable.

Where it is used

With its 300 mm reference distance and 210 mm Z range, this sensor fits dimensional checks on small-to-medium parts, surface-defect screening on connectors or injection-molded plastics, and precision measurement stations on assembly lines. At 3200 data points per profile, it resolves fine edge and contour detail. Its short reference distance is an advantage on lines where sensor mounting space is limited.
