HIKROBOT MV-DP3060-01P V2.0 — 3D Cameras & Profile Sensors

The MV-DP3060-01P V2.0 is a mid-scale 3D laser profiler covering 30–40 mm on the X-axis and 27 mm of depth on the Z-axis at a 62 mm reference distance. Compared to the DP3020, its larger scan volume lets it capture taller or stepped features in a single pass. Its 0.56 µm repeatability puts it in the mid-precision tier of the lineup.

Support for multiple exposure modes strengthens measurement robustness on surfaces with varying reflectivity, and the sensor merges these exposures through multi-frame integration into one complete contour. This means mixed glossy-and-dark surfaces don’t leave gaps in the captured data. Multiple filter modes plus ROI and auto-setup options let it adapt quickly to different line conditions.
