The MV-DP2120-03P V2.0 is a triangulation-based 3D laser profile sensor from HIKROBOT’s DP2000 family, built around a 120 mm reference distance and a compact 58-95 mm measurement range. It targets small, precision-critical parts where a narrow field of view translates into fine detail capture. Gauge-block testing on an optical platform confirms Z-axis repeatability down to 1.48 µm, and each profile carries 3200 data points.

A high frame rate chip lets the sensor scan at up to 23.9 kHz, keeping pace with fast-moving small parts on a line. Its multiple exposure modes add robustness on tricky surfaces, so measurement stability holds up even when reflectivity varies across a tiny target.
