The MV-DP2080-01P V2.0 sits among the larger-volume models in the series with an 80.2 mm reference distance, delivering sub-micron dimensional measurement and surface defect detection through triangulation-based 3D laser profiling. Its X-axis range of 60 mm to 65.8 mm allows larger parts to be assessed in a single scan. A 1.03 µm Z-axis repeatability provides consistent accuracy across this larger measurement volume.

Multi-frame integration technology builds complete, unified profile data even on wide-surfaced parts. This prevents data gaps on larger geometries where a single scan pass would otherwise be insufficient.

Where it is used
