HIKROBOT MV-DP2020-01P V2.0 — 3D Cameras & Profile Sensors

The MV-DP2020-01P V2.0 is a triangulation-based 3D laser profile sensor built for sub-micron dimensional measurement and surface defect detection. With a 21.4 mm reference distance and a narrow X-axis measurement range of 14 mm to 14.6 mm, it covers the smallest working volume in the series. Its built-in high-accuracy algorithm delivers a 0.22 µm Z-axis repeatability, the tightest figure among the DP2000 family.

The sensor uses a high frame-rate chip capable of up to 23.9 kHz scanning and supports multiple exposure modes for robust performance across varying surface reflectivity. This combination makes it well suited to fast scanning of small, quickly moving parts without sacrificing data quality.
