HG-T1010 is a thru-beam type digital measurement sensor head from Panasonic’s HG-T series: within a 10 mm wide beam between emitter and receiver it measures an object’s edge position, diameter or width by CMOS-based detection. It works with an HG-TC controller. Measuring/sensing range: 0 to 500 mm (HG-TSV10 side-view attachment: 0 to 100 mm, typical). Repeatability: 1 μm (installation distance 20 mm) · 2.5 μm (installation distance 100 mm) · 5 μm (installation distance 500 mm). Linearity: ±0.12 % F.S. (installation distance 20 mm) · ±0.28 % F.S.
