HG-C1200L3 is a CMOS type micro laser distance sensor with IO-Link communication from Panasonic’s HG-C1000L series: it sends the measured value to the PLC as IO-Link (COM3) process data and also provides a control output; it is available with a discrete-wire cable (-P) or an M12 connector (-P-J). Measurement center distance 200 mm, measurement range ±80 mm. Repeatability: 200 μm. Linearity: ±0.2 % F.S. Light source: Red semiconductor laser, Class 2 (IEC / EN / JIS / GB / KS), max. output 1 mW, 655 nm.
Control output: PNP open-collector, max. 50 mA. Supply: 24 V DC ±10 %, ripple P-P 10 % or less. Degree of protection: IP67 (IEC). Ambient temperature: −10 to +45 °C (no condensation).
