HL-G205B is a network-integrated laser displacement sensor from Panasonic’s HL-G2 series: the communication type (-S) carries Ethernet and RS-485 interfaces and an organic EL display on the sensor, while the analog output type (-A) delivers the measurement as an analog signal; it measures by diffuse reflection with a red semiconductor laser and CMOS image sensor. Measurement center distance 50 mm, measurement range ±10 mm. Resolution: 1.5 μm. Linearity (limited range): ±0.05 % F.S. (45 to 55 mm).
