FPM-724W is the 23.8″ Full HD (1920 × 1080) widescreen P-CAP multi-touch industrial monitor of Advantech’s FPM-700 series: 350 cd/m² brightness, 1000:1 contrast, 178° viewing angle and a 30,000-hour backlight. The true-flat glass surface supports 10-point multi-touch; the 16:9 format gives 40 % more viewing area at the same diagonal. It is the largest screen in the series; with an anti-glare touch surface and 178° viewing angle it is intended for line-monitoring boards and control-room stations. The operating range of this model is 0 to 50 °C.
The three widescreen models share one platform: direct HDMI, DisplayPort and VGA inputs, 10-point P-CAP touch over USB (true-flat 7H glass), 1 × USB 2.0 at the rear, 24 VDC ± 20 % via terminal block and lockable connectors. Front panel and rear cover are die-cast aluminium; the front is IP66-rated. Stand/wall/panel/VESA 75 mounting and 1 Grms vibration resistance cover on-machine, line-monitoring and operator-station applications. In the ordering code, -P9AE is made in China and -P9AU in Taiwan; the 60 W adapter and its bracket are optional.
