Where it is used
The 25 mm focal length fits inspection points where the camera can be mounted at a set distance along the line and smaller parts need to be examined at higher magnification. It suits tasks like reading a label or barcode on an electronic component when the camera cannot sit directly above the part but still needs enough detail. It is a good match for wide-frame measurement stations where illumination must not fall off toward the edges.
