XUM0APSAM8 is a multimode sensor (miniature) from Telemecanique’s XU family: one reference works, by teaching, in diffuse, diffuse with background suppression, polarised reflex (with XUZC50) or thru-beam (with a separate transmitter) mode, so a single stocked sensor can cover different applications. Sensing range: Polarised reflex: 3 m (with reflector XUZC50). Emission: infrared: diffuse, background suppression and thru-beam modes · Red: polarised reflex mode.
Output: PNP; 1 NO or 1 NC programmable. Response time: 2 ms. Supply: 12…24 V DC with reverse polarity protection. Degree of protection IP65, operating temperature -25 to +55 °C. Connection: 1 male connector M8, 4 pins.
