Preventa Harmony XPS Universal Zero-Speed Monitoring Safety Module XPSUVN31AP
The XPSUVN31AP is a standstill (zero-speed) safety monitoring module from Schneider Electric's Preventa Harmony XPS Universal range. It monitors motor/axis speed from external sensors (proximity switch, encoder) and provides a safe output once speed drops below a defined threshold, allowing functions such as guard-door unlocking or safe access permission to activate only once the axis has fully stopped. It is certified to IEC 61800-5-2 and ISO 13849-1 up to PL e.
- Standstill (zero-speed) monitoring via external proximity switch/encoder inputs
- Adjustable speed threshold and delay time
- Safety outputs certified to IEC 61800-5-2 and ISO 13849-1 up to PL e
- Compact DIN-rail mounted housing with LED status indicators
- Suited to integration with guard-lock release or safe-access permission functions
- Part of the Preventa Harmony XPS Universal platform
