The XPSLCMUT1160 is a dedicated Preventa safety module that manages the muting function of type 2 and type 4 safety light curtains, temporarily bypassing the light curtain's safety function during a defined, monitored material-pass window (e.g., pallet or conveyor pass-through) while keeping the machine protected the rest of the time. It is the muting-control counterpart to the safety light curtains already carried on the site, and is still commercialized under the Telemecanique Sensors (Yageo) brand as well as on Schneider Electric's se.com.
