Miniature contrast/mark-reading photoelectric sensor purpose-built for packaging applications that require detection of printed marks, registration marks or contrast differences on labels and film. Uses white diffuse light emission and communicates via IO-Link for remote sensitivity/teach configuration. Per FST classification rules, mark/label sensors — including ultrasonic-based ones — are grouped under Photoelectric Sensors, not Ultrasonic.
